A flex desk is your own spot in a shared room with other AI and deep-tech entrepreneurs. It’s ideal when you’re shaping your company, working with a small team or testing whether Amsterdam Science Park is the right home.
You can start from one day per week and end your contract on short notice. Simple and flexible.
Prices start around € 169,- per month. If your company works in for example AI, machine learning, robotics, data science or deep-tech, we’ll walk you through the options.
Your neighbours include research institutes and deep-tech companies. All under the same roof.
Renting a flex desk includes:
- Membership of the AI & deep-tech community in LAB42
- Your own desk in a shared room
- Access to community events & meet-ups
- Use of the meeting rooms (6-8 people)
- Use of the conference rooms (25-50 people)
- Branding & visibility in the building through online and offline channels
- Office hours 7:00-22:00, weekend 10:00-18:00
- Stable and secure Wi-Fi internet connection
- External monitors, printing, scanning
- Storage locker
- Coffee machine and kitchenette
