Rent a flex desk
In the heart of the building everything comes together. Here you can work, grab a coffee with your clients or discuss the latest AI developments with students, researchers and other entrepreneurs.
Wanting to be a member of the LAB42 community but still want to be very flexible? Then the flex desk in a shared room with other AI and tech entrepreneurs is yours. From one day per week and can be ended monthly. You can rent a flex desk starting at €169,- per month.

Renting a flex desk includes:
- Being part of the UvA’s AI & digital innovation community
- Use of all the necessary office furniture
- Access to community events & opportunities
- Limited use of the meeting rooms (6-8 people)
- Limited use of the conference rooms (25-50 people)
- Branding and communication opportunities
- Office hours 7:00-22:00, weekend 10:00-18:00
- Stable and secure Wi-Fi internet connection
- Use of computer monitors
- Scan and print facilities
- Storage locker
- Access to coffee machine (at cost) and kitchenette
- Access to lounge and common areas
